Abstract: This work provides a comprehensive introduction to Agile software development, a modern approach to software development that emphasizes iterative development, customer collaboration, and continuous improvement. It explores the core principles and practices of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Extreme Programming (XP), and explains how these methodologies can be applied to various software development projects. The book discusses the benefits of Agile development, including improved project visibility, faster time-to-market, higher quality software, and increased customer satisfaction. It also addresses the challenges and potential pitfalls associated with Agile adoption, such as resistance to change, lack of experience, and difficulties in scaling Agile practices to large projects.
