Abstract: Agile development methodologies have gained significant traction in recent years, offering a more iterative and collaborative approach to software development. While agile practices have traditionally been associated with smaller projects, their applicability to large-scale endeavors has become increasingly evident. This research explores the challenges and opportunities of adopting agile principles in the context of large-scale software projects. We examine various agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, and discuss how they can be adapted to accommodate the complexities and constraints of large-scale development. Additionally, we explore the importance of effective scaling strategies, organizational culture, and continuous improvement in ensuring the successful implementation of agile practices in large-scale projects.
